The Refund Policy has been developed to mitigate the Company's financial and legal risks, to comply with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing policies.
The Company has the right to unilaterally block access to the personal account, suspend the trading activity of the Accounts, cancel the request for transfer / withdrawal of funds or make a refund if the source of funds or the Client's actions are contrary to the fight against money laundering and the policy on combating the financing of terrorism.
The Company does not cancel completed trading operations, therefore it has the right to return funds to the sender if no trading activity has been registered on trading accounts within one month from the date of replenishment.
The Company has the right, under certain objective reasons and, if necessary, to refund funds received through any payment system, including credit / debit cards. In addition, the refund will be made to the e-wallets and bank details that were used by the Client when paying for the funds. It should also be noted that the withdrawal of the total amount of the deposit is possible only for those details, and to those payment systems that were used when replenishing the account.
Terms for withdrawal of funds do not exceed two banking days from the date of application for withdrawal of funds. In some cases, the transfer of funds may exceed the specified terms, depending on the payment system / issuer's bank.
If the Company classifies the Client's activity as inappropriate or contrary to the normal purpose of using the Company's services, when there is a direct, or indirect, illegal or dishonest intention, the Company has the right to act within the framework of this document, without prior notice to the Client. All direct or indirect damages; the costs associated with the transfer of funds are reimbursed to the Company at the expense of the Client's funds.
When funding a trading account with a credit card, the Client agrees not to submit to the bank a request for a refund of a payment that has already been received to the trading account or to the credit / debit bank card provider, both during and after using the services of the Company.
The Company will take all necessary measures to prevent and block both crediting and withdrawal of funds from the Client's account by third parties. Crediting and withdrawal of funds from the account can be carried out only by the owner of this account.
